RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REPLACEMENTS
Personalized items are special and specific, meaning they’re created just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at any point after purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding your order.
If a product arrives, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will replace any items needed. If we are notified after the 7 day window, we cannot guarantee replacement.
